The Plan Commission meetings are open to the public and citizens are invited to give their views in person or in writing on the agenda-listed projects that require Commission approval and are eligible for public comment. Submission materials for projects on the monthly agenda are available for review by members of the public, as are the planning reports and analyses that accompany each Commission action
