The City of Shelbyville has two community signs on the Public Square to be used for community events. The signs are on each side of the parking lot in the center of the square.
The following are requirements on the usage of the signs
1. Signs are for non-for profit groups only
2. 2 week limit per event
3. Signs can be reserved 1 week at a time, example one week on the north and one week on the south.
4. Events cannot have north and south side at the same time.
5. You must supply your own sign. The frames allow for an 4' X 4' signs with 3/8 thickness; please allow for swelling of materials.
The event coordinators are responsible for placing and removing their signs. If there is a sign left in the frame past their time allowed, please remove it and place it behind the frame.
