BEP Demolition Bid Info

Please use the following documents to submit a BID for the Blight Elimination Program (BEP).  Please keep in mind that this a project is funded with Federal Grant money, therefore procedures may differ from a traditional demolition project. Wrecking Permits are required through our office but the $50 per building fee is waived. You must also become a registered Building Contractor through the Building Department if you are awarded the BID. Contractor registration requirements and fees are not waived.
