Sewage bills will always be mailed out prior to the 15^th of each month.

Sewage bills are always due on the 7^th of each month unless it falls on a weekend or holiday and then it is due the next business day after the 7^th.

Summer Sewage bills are for the months of June, July, August, September and October and are based off of the average of your actual water consumptions for the remaining 7 months of the year.

Sewage bills can be paid in our office with cash, check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, debit card and direct debit from your checking or savings account.

We also have a curbside dropbox behind City Hall on W. Franklin Street for your Sewage bill paying convenience.

Disconnection letters are mailed the first week of each month, prior to regular monthly billing. Letter states minimum amount that can be paid to avoid water disconnection. If minimum is not paid by disconnection date, Indiana American Water will disconnect water. If water is disconnected, all delinquency +65.00 charge must be paid to restore water.
