NOTICE: It will not be common practice for us to issue Temporary Certificates of Occupancy between May and November. This largely depends on when the frost sets in and when the chance for frost is no longer an issue. If we do issue a Temporoary C of O it will be on a case by case basis and be valid for 14 days. After such time the conditions of the Temporary C of O will need to be met and a final inspection called in to the Planning and Zoning Department at 317-392-5102 so that a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued.
