NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Shelbyville, Indiana invites bids for milling and/or the resurfacing of 11 streets in the City of Shelbyville for the summer of 2024.
General plans and specifications may be obtained from the City Clerk-Treasurer’s office at City Hall, Shelbyville, Indiana between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or via
email request to john.kuntz@cityofshelbyvillein.com starting Tuesday, April 23, 2024. A $10 non-refundable fee is required for hardcopies.
Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer until 4:00 pm on Monday, May 13, 2024. All bids received shall be opened publicly and read aloud at the Board of Public Works meeting to be held at 44 W. Washington St. in the City Council Chambers of the City of Shelbyville, Indiana Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 8:30 am. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
